We are committed to fair pricing. In the rare event of a price change, existing members will receive at least 30 days' advance notice via email. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The Veridian Bloom Chicago Box is a curated physical product delivered quarterly. Your initial subscription commits you to the first box, with subsequent boxes billed quarterly. Cancellations for the Chicago Box must be made 7 days prior to the next billing date. Individual product returns within the box are not accepted unless items are damaged or defective upon arrival.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated on our payment page. All transactions are securely processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways. In the event of a payment failure, we will notify you and attempt to re-process the payment. Access to the Service may be suspended if payment cannot be successfully processed.
